Meet Our Founder

I'm Leon, the founder of Budapest Racket Club. After moving to Budapest as a digital nomad, I quickly realized how powerful sports can be in bringing people together. I wanted to create a space where locals and internationals alike could connect, make friends, and share in the joy of racket sports.. whether they're picking up a racket for the first time or have been playing for years.

Budapest Racket Club was built around the idea that sport is more than competition; it's community. My goal is to make it easy for anyone to join in, stay active, and feel part of a welcoming group. At the end of the day, it's not just about tennis, badminton, or squash; it's about the friendships, laughter, and sense of belonging that come from playing together.
